The Brief
Engageya is an Israel based startup wanted to develop a Javascript based pluggable content recommendation widget to display cross-promoted content across the publisher websites easily.
Project Challenge
The desired recommendation widget need to be 100% pluggable and can be implemented with a single line of Javascript Code snippet on target website (similar to adsense code snippets). The Javascript widget can be customized by the advertiser. User can modify the widget appearance, colors,texts and layouts/design to match the host website. Above all the widget must load fast without impacting the performance or behavior of the target website, which was critical for the acceptance of the product and further funding of the product.
Project Result
We worked closely with the Engageya team to develop this Advanced Javascript pluggable widget. We meet all the requirements of the widget making it fully customizable by user and adaptive to the target website. Lots of research and advance Javascript code and best practices were poured in to make the widget fast and make the product a reality. We also helped Engageya in the Front End development of their product website.
