The Brief
Altium Legal actively manages a hand-picked panel of specialist property lawyers to offer fast, efficient and cost-effective conveyancing services to thousands of clients throughout the UK. Altium Legal services started as a new brand of business of our existing client who were looking to expand their conveyancing services through a network of Partners. Altium Legal's partners login to their Partner Portal and instantly generate Conveyancing Quotes to refer to their clients. It works as mini-crm for the partners to completely track the status of the cases of their clients from start till end.
Project Challenge
Altium wanted to provide a very easy to use Conveyancing Quote Calculator which it's Parnters and users can use to generate quotes instantly for their clients and track the status of the quotes. The system should help the Partners to close the deal with their clients and convert into instruction, which is later referred to Altium to be worked upon further. The external Partner Portal System need to be seemlessly integrate with the existing quote management system of our client, along with partner management, user management, configuration of each partners, invoicing and billing and CRM.
Project Result
We developed a bespoke system for Altium Legal by working closely with them. We understood their core business model and future plans and built a system which not only full-filled the present needs but was perfectly tuned for future growth. The system successfully meet all the business requirements of Altium Legal and integrated seemlessly with their exisiting system, making the quote generation and instruction time faster.
